He is an Adjunct Professor, CMHS, UAEU; former Chief of Neurology Division, and managing MS Clinic at TawamHospital since 2007. Dr. M. Szólics graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at theUzhgorod StateUniversity, Ukraine; Diploma was equalized at the “Semmelweis” Medical University, Hungary. He is a Board-certified Hungarian Neurologist, Radiologist and Neuro-Radiologist. He completed full time Clinical Fellowships in Neuro- physiology, Cerebrovascular and General Neurology. He is holding titles of the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from the Kharkov Institute for Advanced Medical Training of Physicians Ukraine, along with the European Diploma in Neuroradiology (EDiNR). Dr.M. Szólicshasmore thana40year of clinical experience inneurology service, andhe is activelypartici- pating as tutor in pre and post graduatemedical training in Al AinMedical District. Professor Ajith trained at St. Thomas’s Hospital Medical School in London, UK. He has trained andworked intheInstituteofNeurologyandNationalHospital forNeurologyandNeurosurgery inLondon, CharingCross andWestminster Hospitals in London, Newcastle, Manchester, and Edinburgh. Hewas a Consultant and Senior Lecturer in Newcastle. Prof. Ajithmoved to the UAE in 2009, and was Chief of Neurology at Mafraq Hospital from2009-2019. He wasChair of thePharmacy andTherapeuticsCommittee, andChair of Medicine, from2010till 2019. In2019 ProfessorAjithmovedtheNeurologyandNeurophysiologyDepartments toSheikhShakhboutMedical City (SSMC). At SSMC he was Chief of Neurology and Chair of the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee (PTC), and Chair of SEHA PTC 2013-2021. In August 2021 hemoved to Burjeel Medical City, where he is the HeadofDepartment. Dr. Ali Hassan is Consultant and Acting Chief of Neurology Division, Tawam Hospital. After graduation fromAssiut University in South Egypt, he had his further training in the Residency Program in theUniver- sity Hospitals which has more than 2000 beds and a highly advanced Neurology Department. He completedhisMaster Degree inNeuroscience in2003andMedical Doctorate inNeurology fromAl-Azhar University in 2010. Dr. Ali has a long experience in neurology service in different Middle East teaching and tertiary hospitals. Heworked for Ibn Sina Teaching Hospital, Sirt, Libya, then he joined King FahadMilitary Hospital in Jeddah for three years and in 2011 he joined Al Ain hospital then in 2017 he joined Tawam Hospital.He has many researches especially in the stroke, vascular neurology, multiple sclerosis, epilep- sy, etc. Hismain interests are stroke, headache, neuroimmunology andneuromuscular disorders. Hehas special training in EEG and Epilepsy inCaseWesternUniversity Hospitals, Cleveland, Ohio. He hasmany presentations in local and international conferences. Dr. Hamda Ahmad Kamalboor is aNeurologist and Epileptologist fromRashidHospital with Saudi Board in Neurologygranted in2016. ShecompletedFellowship inEpilepsy&EEG inKingFaisal SpecialistHospital & ResearchCenter inRiyadh in 2020. On her return toRashidHospital, she is focused on providing special- izedcare topatientswithepilepsy through implementingbest practices, raisingawareness&provisionof regular educational activities.
