Dr. Zakaria Ammache also did the residency in Neurology and Fellowship in Movement D isorder at the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics. Dr. Zakaria Ammache is the Head of Neurology Department at Clémenceau Medical Center Beirut from 2005 till 2020 and currently a Senior Consultant at Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City. Dr. Tariq Alafifi is a UAE Neurologist and Vascular Neurologist, Consultant and Assistant Prof. at UAEU has more than 25years of experience in various posts across the UAE and abroad, including medical missions in KOSOVO ( medical speaker in NATO for UAE army), Tunisia, Libya, Yemen, Somalia, Afghanistan, Jordan, and as a special field programme trainee for Arab Aliens in Yemen. In addition to his practice at Mediclinic, he also works with Zayed Military Hospital, an affiliatedhospital with several governmental hospitals across the UAE as a Neuro-strokologist, prior to which he was appointed as a Royal Palace Physician.
