After studying in Göttingen, Lausanne and Rio de Janeiro, Prof. Limmroth received his medical degree in 1989 from the University of Göttin gen, Germany. He then completed a residency in Neurology with Prof. Hans-Christoph Diener in Essen, Germany. In 1993 he received grant of German National Research Society (DFG) and completed from 1993-1996 a postdoc-fellow ship with Prof. Michael A. Moskowitz at the Stroke and Neurovascular Research Laboratory, MGH-Neuro science Center, Harvard Medical School, Boston, USA. After his return to Germany he established his own research laboratory in Essen and became Head of the Outpatient Clinic at the University Hospital in Essen, Germany and in 2002 the Vice-chairman of the Department of Neurolo gy. In 2006he becameChairman of theDepartment of Neurology at theCologneCityHospi tals, University of Cologne, Germany. In Feburary 2008 he also became the Acting Deputy Medical Director of the Cologne City Hospitals and acted from 2010-2013 as Medical Director of the Hospital. Prof. Limmroth is the Editor and Co-editor of 27 books, he published over 250 scientific papers and book chapters, has given over 800 scientific talks and participated in over 50 clinical trials, mainly in MS, pain and stroke. After completing his medical school, he did 2 years of post-doctoral research fellowship at SUNY Brooklyn, State University Medical Center, Brooklyn NY. Then he joined the Case Medical Center/Case Western Reserve University Hospital Cleveland, Ohio and completed Internal Medicine Internship, Neurology Residency and Neuromuscular Medicine Fellowship. Dr. Zulfiqar Hussain moved to Cornell-Weil Medical Center/Hospital for Special Surgery NY for second fellowship in Neuromuscular Medicine and intraoperative Neurophysiology. After Completing 2nd fellowship, he Joined Robert-Wood- Johnson Medical School/University Hospital as Assistant Professor of Neurology and spent 2 years there. In 2010, moved back to Cleveland Ohio, and joined Cleveland Clinic main campus in Department of Regional Neurology and Neuromuscular Medicine Center and worked for 4 years before moved to CCAD in August 2014. At CCAD Dr. Zulfiqar Hussain is working as Staff Neurologist, Director of EMG Lab/Neuromuscular Medicine and Assistant Professor of Neurology, Lerner College of Medicine, Case Western Reserve University Cleveland Ohio. Dr. Wade M. Cooper is the Director of Headache & Neuropathic Pain at the University of Michigan where he is also a Clinical Associate Professor in Neurology and Clinical Associ ate Professor in Anesthesiology. Dr. Cooper graduated from Michigan State University’s College of Osteopathic Medicine where he obtained his medical degree in 2000. He completed his residency in Neurology at the SparrowHospital Health System inMichigan in 2004. He also completed a fellowship in Neurol ogy at the Michigan Head Pain & Neuro logical Institute in 2005. Dr. Cooper holds a United Council for Neurologic Subspe cialties (UCNS) BoardCertification in HeadacheMedicine.
