Thus, oral presenters will also be required to produce a poster for display at the conference.<\/p><p><strong>Poster Format:<\/strong><\/p><p>Accepted posters will be asked to produce a poster for display at the conference. Presenters are asked to take note of the following guidelines when producing their poster:<\/p><ul><li>Digital Poster (Artwork) should be in 16:9 Ratio in portrait submitted as one piece.<\/li><li>Digital Poster Orientation: Landscape format. (Other sizes or dimensions will not be accepted)<\/li><li>Digital Poster Format: JPEG or PDF<\/li><li>The poster format should include Introduction, Objectives, Material and Methods, Results, and Conclusions.<\/li><li>Poster Title: 30 font size in Arial Black \u2013 Body Text: 25 font size in Arial with single spacing.<\/li><li>Do not use all UPPER-CASE characters in your posters.<\/li><li>The images (clips arts, graphs, diagrams, and drawings) must be in high-resolution EPS format (300 dpi).<\/li><li>Language must be in English<\/li><\/ul><p>Removal and collection of posters at the end of the display period remains the responsibility of the presenter. They are the main contact whose responsibility it is to communicate with other co-authors.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>The presenting author is available to present at the conference between 16 September \u2013 18 September 2022.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>The presenting author must register and pay in full by the deadline indicated in the abstract review outcome email. If they do not register and pay in full, the abstract will be removed from the programme and any associated publications.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>All accepted abstracts will be published onsite and may appear in the conference website and\/or other conference related materials, and this will not raise any copyright issues.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>A submission as a particular presentation type or theme may be changed to a different type following review in order to be accepted and included in the programme.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Presenters may be recorded for live streaming.
