Prof. Samar S. Prof. Stewart J. Tepper, MD, FAHS is Vice President of the New England Institute for Neurology and Headache (NEINH) in Stamford, Connecticut and Professor of Neurology at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth. Dr Tepper received his undergraduate degree in the study of the nervous system/psychobiology from Yale and attended Cornell University Medical College. He completed his Neurology residency at Harvard, and has been board certified in Headache Medicine since 2006.
Dr. Tepper has published more than 480 peer-reviewed manuscripts, editorials, and books on Headache Medicine. He was trained in Epilepsy and Clinical Neurophysiology at the University of California San Francisco and was a research fellow in Epilepsy there. He is board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and by the American Board of Clinical Neurophysiology and the American Board of Neurology in Clinical Epilepsy.
Before joining ACPN, Dr. Alsaadi was the Chief of the Neurology Department at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City for 11 years. He previously held a position as an Associate Professor of Neurology and the Director of the Adult Epilepsy Program and the Clinical Research Program at the University of California Davis. His research has focused on conducting drug study trials for new antiepileptic drugs for patients with epilepsy, quality of life in patients with epileptic and non-epileptic disorders, migraine headaches, multiple sclerosis, and neuropsychiatric comorbidities. Dr. Alsaadi has been honored with several prestigious awards for his work in the field of epilepsy. He has served on the Advisory Board of the Northern California Epilepsy Foundation and the membership committee of the American Epilepsy Society. He has previously served as the President of the Western Clinical Neurophysiology Society in the United States and as the Vice President of CEMA (Commission of the Eastern Mediterranean Affairs). He is currently the President of the Emirati League against epilepsy and the Chair of the ILAE Commission for epilepsy in the elderly. He serves as a member of the Guideline Development Group (GDG) for the WHO. He also serves on the Editorial Board for BMC Journal of Neurology and Journal of Neurosciences. He has authored and co-authored more than 85 papers and book chapters and has served as a peer-reviewer for more than 15 scientific journals.

Dr. Vittorio Iantorno is the Deputy Chief Medical Officer (CMO), Director of the Neuroscience Centre, Consultant and Lead Neurology at King`s College Hospital (KCH) London Dubai in UAE. He also served as the Clinical Director of Medicine for the first 18 months since KCH opened its doors in Dubai Hills. He is also an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor of Neurology at University of Sharjah and he brings with him over 20 years of European experience in the field.
He completed all his studies in Rome (Italy) obtaining his Medical Degree in Medicine & Surgery then later qualifying as Italian Board of Neurology. He then moved to UK in 2001. For many years he was the Clinical Lead in Neurology/Head of Neurology Department in one of the largest Foundation Trusts in United Kingdom (Heart of England NHS Trust), a general, specialised and community care Hospital. He also acted as Chairperson of the local Parkinson’s Disease Operational Group. Dr Iantorno worked in various NHS Hospitals in UK including East Kent NHS Trust & King’s College Hospital in London (UK), Royal Free Hospital in London & Hertfordshire NHS Trust before moving for over a decade in the West Midlands to Heart of England NHS Trust. He moved to Dubai in 2015 bringing also with him over 10 years of invaluable experience in the Private Practice in the United Kingdom.
Dr. Iantorno’s clinical skills have always been regarded – by peer Colleagues and all patients – of very high clinical standards in the management of neurological diseases, assessing, investigating and treating neurological patients presenting with the whole spectrum of acute and chronic neurological conditions. Dr Iantorno believes in a patient-centred care focussing on the patient and the individual’s health care needs. The goal is to empower patients to become active participants in their care and not only to treat the disease, but a holistic approach to the patient who has the disease.
