Dr. Adnan Mohamad Jalkhi is a specialist neurologist with a unique background, being of Russian-Syrian nationality. He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at Aleppo University in 1978 and went on to earn his PhD in Neurology from Saint Petersburg, Russia, in 1996.

From 1996 to 2012, Dr. Jalkhi served as an Associate Professor at the Medical Faculty of Aleppo University, where he contributed to the education and training of future medical professionals. Since 2013, he has been practicing as a neurologist at Alnoor and Mediclinic Hospitals.

Dr. Jalkhi has a keen interest in neurovascular diseases, headaches, dizziness, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, and various other neurological conditions. He has conducted significant research in the fields of migraine and neurovascular diseases, furthering the understanding and treatment of these complex disorders. 

Dr. Ahmed Daabis graduated in 2006 from Alexandria University Faculty of Medicine and started his residency in Neurology in 2008 at Damanhour Medical Institute in Egypt. He then joined the higher committee of medical specialties for the Egyptian Board. He finished five years of training at Alexandria University Hospital and then worked as Neurology Specialist at Cairo University Hospital and As-Salam International Hospital in Egypt. He was also a Neurology Senior Registrar at King Fahad Armed Forces Hospital in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Dr. Ahmed is a highly skilled physician responsible for providing inpatient and outpatient neurological care by examining, diagnosing, and treating nervous system disorders. He is an expert in performing Neurological examinations of the head and neck nerves, muscle strength and movements, balance, ambulation, reflex sensation, memory, speech, language, and other cognitive abilities. Dr. Ahmed is competent in treating neurological disorders such as demyelinating diseases of the central nervous system, epilepsy, headache, stroke, polyneuropathy, movement disorders, spinal cord diseases, and dementia. Before joining Burjeel Royal Hospital, he was a Neurology Specialist at Al Dhafrah Hospital, Abu Dhabi. His areas of expertise include.

Dr. Ahmed Elkady is a Specialist Neurologist at Sheikh Tahnoon Medical City (STMC). He completed his neurology residency at a tertiary teaching hospital in Cairo and obtained a clinical master’s degree in neurology. Then he moved to Goethe University Germany, for a stroke mini-fellowship. He worked as a neurology and stroke specialist in Saudi Arabia for 5 years and. Last year, he graduated from the World Stroke Organization Future Leaders Stroke Program, and also, he finished European board of neurology. He is now studying a clinical stroke master's degree at Bern University, Switzerland.

Dr. Basma Beiram, a UAE National Senior Clinical Pharmacist at Sheikh Tahnoun Medical City (STMC). Dr Basma’s main specialization is in drug information and formulary management. In addition to her clinical responsibilities, Dr Basma has been actively involved in academia. Since 2016, she has served as an adjunct lecturer for the Doctor of Pharmacy Program at UAE University College of Medicine & Health Sciences. Her dedication and impact in the field were recognized when she was promoted to adjunct assistant professor in 2021; followed by the prestigious Adjunct Teaching Award for the Academic in Year 2023.

Dr. Heba Elhasin is a Consultant Neurologist at Mediclinic Al Ain Hospital, with extensive clinical experience across leading healthcare institutions in the UAE and Egypt. She completed her Neurology Residency Program in Egypt and obtained a Master’s Degree in Neurology. She has also served as an Associate Lecturer at Al-Azhar University.

Throughout her career, Dr. Elhasin has worked at Rashid Hospital Dubai, Al Ain Hospital, Tawam Hospital, and Mediclinic Parkview Hospital, gaining broad experience in the diagnosis and management of neurological disorders.

She holds a Master’s Degree in Stroke Medicine from the European Stroke Organisation, the European Board of Neurology certification, and MRCP Neurology from the UK. Her main areas of clinical expertise include stroke management, headache disorders, and spasticity management, with a strong commitment to providing comprehensive, evidence-based neurological care.

Dr. Muhammad Zaheer is a Specialist Physician in Neurology at Sheikh Tahnoon Bin Mohammed Medical City (STMC), Al Ain, UAE. He holds FCPS in Neurology from the College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan and is a Fellow of the European Board of Neurology (FEBN). He formerly served as Assistant Professor of Neurology at Lady Reading Hospital, Peshawar, Pakistan. His clinical expertise includes movement disorders, epilepsy, stroke, multiple sclerosis, and headache disorders, complemented by additional training in epilepsy and movement disorders and certifications in EEG and botulinum toxin therapy. He has authored over ten national and international research papers, completed a Certificate in Health Professions Education (CHPE), and formerly served as General Secretary of the Movement Disorder Society Pakistan.

Dr. Najo Jomaa, M.D., is a Neurologist and Epileptologist specializing in adult and pediatric epilepsy. She earned her Doctor of Medicine and completed her Neurology specialty training at the Lebanese University, Faculty of Medical Sciences. Dr. Jomaa completed a fellowship in Epilepsy and Clinical Neurophysiology at the American University of Beirut and has extensive experience in the diagnosis and management of epilepsy, including medical and surgical treatments. She currently serves as a Specialist Neurologist and Chair of the Medicine Division at Burjeel Royal Asharij Hospital in Al Ain, UAE.

Dr. Shady Georgy is a specialist of neurology at Burjeel royal hospital; he is also a lecturer of neurology at Ain shams university: he finished his residency and stroke - interventional neurology fellowship in Egypt ; his main interests are stroke; headache disorders ; MS and movement disorders.

Dr. Alrukn received his degree in medicine from UAE university. He underwent his neurology residency at the University of McGill, and subsequently obtain the neurology certification from the Royal Collage of Physicians & Surgeon (Canada). He then completed a fellowship in 
Cerebrovascular disease and Stroke at Montreal General Hospital, Canada. he currently serves as a head of Stroke Center at Rashid Hospital, Dubai. <br><br>
Dr. Alrukn’ s field of interest are principally directed towards the acute stroke management, stroke unit establishing and post stroke rehabilitation. He established the 1st certified stroke unit in UAE. Dr. Al rukn is a local and international speakers in stroke field, and had many publications in this area. Currently he is the President of MENA Stroke Organization. 
In 2019, Dr. Alrukn became the President of World Congress of Neurology, and is the currently the President of  Emirates Neurology Society. <br><br>
Dr. Alrukn is the Founder and the chairman of the Neurology Residency Program in Dubai, since 2013. Also, he is the Chairman of the Dubai Scientific & Research Ethical Committee. <br><br>
Dr. Alrukn has an interest in Headache management & Movement disorders, and he is running  the movement disorder clinic at Rashid hospital. He currently sits on the executive boards of various scientific associations, steering committee and advisory boards, mainly in stroke & headache. 

Dr. Yahia Hassan is a Neurology Specialist who obtained his M.B.B.Ch and Master's Degree in Neurology and Psychological Medicine from Mansoura University, Egypt. He completed his neurology residency at Mansoura university and Mansoura International Hospital (MOH). Dr. Yahia worked as a Neurology Specialist in Kuwait until 2025, gaining extensive experience in managing a wide range of neurological disorders. His main clinical interests include neuroimmunology and stroke. He has actively participated in several regional and international medical conferences and is known for his collaborative, team-oriented approach and strong commitment to continuous medical education.

Dr. Yaser Almsalmeh is a Specialist Neurologist at Mediclinic Al Ain Hospital, UAE, with more than 22 years of experience in the field of neurology. He earned his Syrian Board Certification in Neurology in 2002 and has since developed extensive expertise in diagnosing and managing a wide range of neurological conditions.

His key professional interests include migraine and headache disorders, multiple sclerosis, and epilepsy. With his extensive clinical experience, Dr. Almsalmeh is committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centered neurological care.
