The rates are per room per night

  • Rates are inclusive of AED 20.00 Destination fee per night, 7% Municipality Fees, 10% service charge.
  • Rates include a full buffet breakfast served in All Day Dining Cuisine Restaurant.
  • Starting January 1, 2018, the UAE Government has implemented the VAT on all products and services. Therefore, all registrations made and confirmed starting January 1, 2018 are subject to the 5% VAT.

HOTEL POLICIES & GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Hotel check-in after: 15:00 hours
  • Hotel check out prior to: 12:00 hours
  • Please be advised that all guests including children staying at Fairmont Bab Al Bahr Hotel, Abu Dhabi are required to present valid identification upon check-in which may be either a passport or National ID.
  • 100% of the booked period will be charged should a guest depart ahead of the booked date of departure. In case of advance payment, the amount will be non-refundable.

Please be advised that this is subject to availability on the actual day of departure. Policy as follows:

  • Until 12:00 hours: Complimentary
  • Until 18:00 hours: 50% of the full night charge will apply
  • Thereafter: A full night charge will apply
  • Within 30 days prior to arrival:
  • All rooms cancelled and no-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100%.
  • In the event of “no show” on the date of arrival, a 100% cancellation fee for all room nights booked will be applicable.
