Payments should be made through Credit/Debit Card only
For Onsite Payment – In order to protect our community, we preferred to accept payment with your credit card or Mobile pay.
For Cancellation and Substitutions
Cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing.
If you cancel before 26 January 2023, you will receive a full refund less the 20% administration fee.
Notification of cancellation received after 26 January 2023 will be responsible for the 100% full registration fee or non-refundable.
Substitutions will be accepted until 26 February 2023.
Cancellation of the Conference
The 3rd Dubai Neurology Congress cannot be held liable in the event of strikes, floods, fires, “unforeseen circumstances,” or any other situations beyond the control of the Congress Organizer that results in the partial or complete cancellation of the event (and any part of its program). There will be no reimbursement of registration fees or hotel pre-payments/deposits.
